  • Free Shipping through USPS.
  • Transit time is normally 2-4 business days. 
  • Shipped using USPS Priority Mail with Tracking. No additional duties or taxes that are not charged on our site will be charged.

  • *Please note if you are wanting your item engraved, processing times may be longer. We want to make sure your are absolutely happy with your personalized product. Please see our Engraving Process section for more information

 CANADIAN ORDERS 

  • Free Shipping through Canada Post.
  • Transit time is normally 2-8 business day. (Please be aware of current delays due to the Canada Post Postal Strike) 
  • Shipped through Canada Post with Tracking. No additional duties or taxes that are not charged on our site will be charged.

WILL I RECEIVE CONFIRMATION ONCE MY ORDER IS SHIPPED, AND CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, once your order has been shipped we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number, and a link to track your order.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Yes, if you live in the lower mainland of British Columbia or if you are in the area and wish to pick up your order, you may certainly do so. Select the option to "pick up my order" and once your order has been confirmed we will be in touch with you to arrange a pick up time.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

  • Yes, we do however there are certain countries that we are not able to deliver to at this time due to very high shipping rates.
  • For all International countries that we do ship to, we charge a flat rate of $25 USD.
  • Most of our International orders are shipped via Asendia Priority Tracked which includes tracking.
  • Shipping can take 4-21 business days depending on location (this does not include time spent in customs). The average shipping time is approximately 10 business days. Please allow extra delivery time for customs clearance. When shipping internationally, additional duties and taxes may apply and they are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

DOES INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INCLUDE CUSTOMS CHARGES?

Unfortunately duties and taxes, VAT, customs fees etc. are not included in your watch purchase. Please note we ship all our items DDU (delivered duty unpaid). Although we try to offer the fastest and most cost efficient way of shipping to our International customers, unfortunately we are unable to pay any taxes, duties and custom fees as we are unaware of what the exact costs will be from country to country. If you have any questions regarding what your estimated costs may be, please contact your local postal service or customs office for assistance regarding your country's policies and charges. 

SALES TAX FOR CUSTOMERS IN CANADA:

  • All purchases within Canada obtain a Goods and Services Tax (GST), of currently 5% on the purchase price of your gift and shipping costs.
  • For British Columbia a 12% tax applies (5% GST and 7% PST).
  • For Alberta a 5% tax (GST) applies 
  • For Newfoundland & Labrador, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island the Harmonized Sales (HST) of 15% is currently applicable.
  • For Manitoba a 13% tax applies (5% GST and 8% PST).
  • For Ontario 13% tax (HST) applies.
  • For Quebec a 14.975% tax applies (5% GST and 9.975% PST).
  • For Saskatchewan a 11% tax applies (5% GST and 6% PST).
  • For Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon a 5% (GST) tax applies. 

***Please note the taxes are applicable based on the address of the credit cardholder making the purchase.

 

SALES TAX FOR CUSTOMERS IN THE US:

Purchases made by customers in the U.S.A are not subject to any Canadian taxes.

As we ship through USPS as long as your order is under $800 their will be no duties or taxes on your order.

WHAT IF I DIDN'T PICK UP MY PACKAGE OR REFUSED MY PACKAGE? 

In the event that any "Unclaimed", "Refused", or "Return to Sender" package is shipped back to us due to, but not limited to:

  • failure to sign for it
  • not picking it up at the local post office
  • failure to pay for customs, duties, and taxes
  • refusal to accept the package

We will notify you upon receipt of the returned package and you may choose between:

  • reshipment of the package (additional shipping charge applies)
  • refund for the order (less any shipping, sizing fee, & customization fees)
