RETURN POLICY

We love our products and we hope you do as well. We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If there is something wrong with the product you have received, or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please accept our apology in advance and please know that we will make it right. Contact our Customer Service and please include as many details as possible including your first and last name, order number, email, as well as a picture of the problem/damage.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product, simply return the unused product(s) in its original unbroken packaging within 15 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. When we receive the product, we will refund the full value of the price you paid on the purchased product minus the shipping fees. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Products must be returned in their original packaging, free from damage, along with all enclosed documentation and the packaging must be fully intact and unbroken. Otherwise it will not be possible to obtain a refund.

Items Not Eligible For A Refund Or Exchange

Returns and exchanges do not apply to personalized products. If choosing the personalized engraving option, please note that there are no exchanges or returns due to it's customized nature. Thank you for your understanding. 

Items received in damaged or worn condition.

Shipping charges, unless of course there is an error in shipping.

Items sent back to us after our 15 day return/exchange period.  

Unfortunately we do not offer free returns, so return shipping is at the cost of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or you received an incorrect product. Please note that the product(s) are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note, as shipping fees are non-refundable, Wood In Philosophy cannot be held liable for orders returned due to incorrect, missing address information, or any issues related to customs or importing. Please make sure to input in your correct address when putting through your order.

*We do not guarantee or claim that our products will protect your device from possible damage and offer no warranty or compensation on your device used in connection with our products.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  Or, please refer to the return policy above.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

Please note that when you return a product it is very important to state the order number as well as your name and address. Without these details we will not be able to process your refund.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Please note that it can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. International returns outside of Canada will take longer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be credited to the method of payment used at the time of purchase. You should see the credit to your account within 5-10 working days once your refund has been processed.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
