HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED AND WILL I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?

Upon receipt of your order and completed payment you will receive a confirmation email, confirming we have received your order. Your order will then be processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours pending credit card authorization. See our Shipping section for more information. For personalized or engraved items processing times will be longer. Please allow up to 3-5 business days, pending proof approval.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive another email with your order number and tracking information, which you can view on our website as well through the Track Your Order link.

CAN I ORDER ONLINE AND PICKUP LOCALLY?

Yes, please select "Local Pick Up" in the Check Out section and we can arrange your pickup.

IS YOUR ONLINE SHOPPING SECURE?

ARE CUSTOM ORDERS AVAILABLE?

Yes all items on our website can be personalized/engraved.

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER GIFT WRAPPED?

Yes. When finalizing your order, please make sure that you put a request for gift wrap and the occasion in the comment area. We will make sure your gift is wrapped at no additional cost to you.

WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM GOES OUT OF STOCK BEFORE MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?

We apologize in advance if this happens. Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we don't have an item that you have ordered in stock, we will notify you by email immediately. If your payment has gone through it will be refunded and we will send you an email confirming this.

HOW CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL AN ORDER?

We will always try our best to do everything we can to accommodate your request. As long as the product has not been shipped, you may contact us at woodinphilosophy@gmail.com.
